Please send the item back in 14 days from date of arrival if you are not happy with it. Custom commission pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and packaging. Items that have not been wrapped and protected will not be refunded. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
